LOCATION: Lat 39 50'34", long 89 00'08", in NW1/4 sec. 17, T.16 N., R.2 E., Macon County, on upstream handrail of West Main Street Bridge, .5 mile upstream of mouth.

ESTABLISHMENT: Type-A wire-weight gage installed May 25, 1977.

DRAINAGE AREA: 86.7 sq. mi.

GAGE: Type-A wire-weight gage installed on upstream handrail. Correct check bar reading is 23.733 ft.
